QED continues to be one of the UK's favourite south coast rock bands. Kicking out no-nonsense original and cover songs to audiences large and small for three decades, QED also boasts a back catalogue of six studio albums.
John Jones fronts the band with his distinctive lead vocals and bass. Axeman Pete Fitch delivers powerful lead and rhythm guitars while drummer Rob Lacey holds a tight rhythm section. Jonno Jones returns to the fold to deliver synthscapes with oldskool piano and hammond licks.
QED's wide range of material means that their live shows have something for everybody and really make a great night out.
Joe Jones is the alter ego of singer/songwriter John Jones. John's musical career as a band frontman and solo artist spans four decades and has seen chart successes in the UK, Europe and America. His music covers many genres including pop, rock, electronica and blues and continues to evolve and court critical acclaim.
Joe Jones is very much a 'back to basics' approach to songwriting and performance, with a focus on strong lyrics and melodies.
